Shipping & Returns
At the moment, our online orders only support shipping to the interior United States. We think Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Marshall Islands and all our other friends are rad and worthy of attention; we just don't have the ability to easily calculate shipping rates to these destinations. If you live there or anywhere else in the world and want to place an order with us, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll make special arrangements for you. Sorry that this is sort of dumb.
We ship every Monday and Friday through various carriers. You'll always receive an email when we ship, with tracking information when applicable.
We calculate all shipping rates based on weight. Does your shipping cost seem excessively high? Just looking to talk to a stranger on the internet? Please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We will see if we can make an adjustment or just talk about your day.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and our shop, so we do offer returns of items in their original condition and accompanied with their original packaging.

- If you change your mind before your order has shipped, mister wishy-washy, we will issue a full refund. It will be as if you never drunkenly ordered that cross-eyed taxidermied bobcat head*.
- Within 3 days of receipt of your order we can offer a refund to the original payment method.
- Within 14 days of receipt of your order we can arrange an exchange for store credit.
- Return requests beyond 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted.
Unfortunately once we've shipped we cannot refund shipping costs or reimburse your return shipping costs.
